This Refund, Resends, and Returns Policy governs the terms under which Trivium Mastery (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers refunds, resends, and accepts returns for products purchased through our website https://triviummastery.com.

1. Orders Delayed

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. We will consider refunds, resends, or returns in the following cases:

  • Orders lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired 60 days after departing from our warehouse.
  • Specific timelines for different shipping destinations: a. For orders shipped to the USA, refunds or resends can be considered 45 days after departure from our warehouse. b. For orders shipped to Brazil, refunds or resends can be considered 110 days after departure due to customs clearance. c. For CJPacket Liquid Line to all countries, refunds or resends can be considered 100 days after departure.

Notes:

  • Customers should contact their local post office if there are issues with delivery such as insufficient address or package unclaimed.
  • Verification of non-receipt may take 1-2 months and is subject to local post office cooperation.

2. Orders Not Received

We do not offer refunds or resends in cases where tracking information confirms delivery. Exceptions include:

  • Non-delivery supported by a non-delivery certification from the local post office.
  • Tracking information shows an “Alert” status due to reasons such as incorrect address, unknown recipient, or customs issues.

Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for picking up unclaimed packages from their local post office to avoid return to sender.

3. Products Damaged

We offer full refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that arrive significantly damaged.

We offer partial refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that arrive partially damaged (excluding minor issues like thread, small scratches, etc.).

Notes:

  • Customers must report damage within 30 days of delivery.
  • For fragile products, we recommend opting for a refund.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

We handle incorrect or missing products as follows:

  • Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
  • Refund or resend for products with incorrect color or size that does not affect function, with customer complaint screenshot.
  • Partial refund or resend of missing parts that do not affect function; resend for missing parts that affect function.
  • Resend of missing accessories.

Notes:

  • Size issues require verification through correct measurement methods with photo evidence.

5. Orders Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before products are processed by our warehouse, except for:

  • POD orders (customized products).
  • Preorder inventory orders.
  • Video and photo orders prepared post-payment.
